The way James Van Riemsdyk played in the playoffs last season earned him a big payday.  It is time for him to start earning it.  I know that he is battling injuries (isn’t everyone on the team?), but he really needs to come through and play tougher.  Once he gets healthier, I know that he will be putting up better offensive numbers.  But I need more than numbers, I need the dominance.  If he can get back to that level of hockey, it will open up Claude Giroux’s line and give them a lot more room to work their magic.  JVR is going to be the key.
